Woodbine St / Howard Ave

I'm on my way down Woodbine St to Howard Ave into Brownsville:
The trip started at the Myrtle-Wyckoff station that I've been to many times before. Then I had to shuffle over to Ridgewood Place, which runs parallel to Wyckoff because Woodbine Street starts at Ridgewood. Then I started down Woodbine.

The little guy on the left below caught my attention, as did the tower of the Baptist Church. And then I made it to Broadway, which finishes the first leg of this trip.

I finally made it to Broadway. The intersection looked familiar because I've been here before, except I turned right down Monroe Street that time.
The architecture on that building caught my eye and I tried to get some photos despite the elevated train getting in the way. Also there's a picture of the little island where all these streets come togethher.

Howard Ave seemed too familiar and I was worried that I'd gone this way before even though I knew that I hadn't. What it came down to was that I probably stopped in the grocery store on the corner, and I've crossed Howard Ave a number times going down all the cross streets.
First up is an establing shot of the avenue. Most of the corner buildings I passed I'd already photographed when I did the side streets, so there wasn't much to take pictures of. However, one mural caught my attention, and it would've been behind me while I walked west. This was a bakery on the corner of Hancock.
Another park, Saratoga Park, was on the left at Halsey. Continuing on, I made it to Fulton without a problem, but then I got to Altantic Ave.
I knew that the LIRR has to go underground at some point, and none I found out where. There wasn't a footbridge or overpass. I had a walk a block around it.
