Quarterly Update: April - June 2025 and since May 2019
I had 24 walks in the past 3 months. There were a couple of obstacles including the large amount of rain NYC got in the last couple months. And, of course, I spent a lot of time in the hospital with my brother. He didn't walk out of the hospital or leave in a wheelchair.
It was a difficult time for me with a side-effect that I didn't go for as many walks for a while.
Aside from that (and that was A LOT!), I filled in some gaps in different neighborhoods. I started doing more streets in Bed-Stuy, Crown Heights and Bushwick during the winter because of the early sunsets. I didn't want to walk through Flatbush or Sheepshead Bay after dark. But at least my trips are moving farther south from Williamsburg and farther east from Prospect Park and Green-Wood Cemetery.
