Atkins / Montauk / Milford / Logan
When I have doctor's appointments in Long Island, I stop by Spring Creek, New Lots, and/or East New York on the way back because I'm basically passing through.
I did drive past "the Hole" but I don't know when or even if that's actually going to happen. I didn't pass any place that I could leave my car, that's for sure.
I'm working to finish off more of the grid over here. Two specific problems here: first, there's a transportation depot that takes up three city blocks that I had to go around; second, crossing Linden Blvd at any point other than an intersection with a street light is inadvisable. I've done it before, but I shouldn't. On the other hand, I ran into a secondhand street market for all sorts of stuff. I glanced at a few things.
There isn't much to say about these pictures other than this is what the area looks like. I parked halfway up Atkins Ave and walked to Linden Blvd. Then one block over to Montauk Ave, all the way down to Flatlands.
Once I got to Flatlands, I walked one block over to Milford Ave, which only ran a single block before getting interrupted by the depot.
Once I walked around the depot and back to Milford, I noticed that there were some normal houses as we got closer to Linden Blvd.
Coming down Logan Ave, I went to Fountain Ave this time to get around the depot.
Once back on Flatlands, I walked back to Atkins to get to my car and return home.
And that's it for this trip. Come back soon.

If Heroes who don't die live long enough to become the villain, what happens to Villains who live long enough? When do schemes of global conquest become dreams of a quiet place away from all those annoying people you once wanted to subjugate? And does anyone really want to rule over the world's ashes if it means we can't have nice things? | ![]() |
